There are NO refunds at any time on any and all custom cosmetic purchase orders OR tube orders. Full payment or part payment amounts may cover promoted packages, shipping, paperwork processing, labor, product, raw ingredients, state tax, over phone service fees, a tube assembly and or extra cost factors. Any and all order submissions that are not completed within 30 days after your purchase has been made will be void.

How long will it take to receive a sample order?

How long will it take to receive a private label order?
Because our products are all custom made to order, All Private Label Packages are estimated at 15 to 45 business days after logo submission/design and color submission/name change / Any and all requested paperwork has been submitted. Not from the date of purchase. Eta subjected to change at any time without notice.
Why Is my private label order different from the samples I tried?
Samples come in many different formula styles. You would need to make sure to request the style you like from your samples in order to having your private label order completed in the exact style. If there is no requested formula style from your order within 3 business days after placing your private label order, Frost cosmetics will pick a default style in an attempt to make and complete the production dates of 15 to 45 business days.
I did not like my samples, why should I order private labeling from Frost?
Unlike other private label service, Frost Cosmetics are 100% custom made to order. Samples are a great way for you to tell us what it is that you like or Dis like about your samples. This is the information we use to edit your large order to fit your target market preference.
I have call your phone lines but are not able to reach anyone, why?
Our hours of operations are Monday - Friday. 10 am - 6 pm Pacific time.
Even with a full staff, at any giving time, we could be experiencing high volume calls and or other issues and are not able to accept your call. We have placed a voicemail service to our system that allows you to record your request. Our staff will review the recorded information and contact you back within our hours of operation. Please Allow us up to 72 hours for any and all replies.
Are my calls recorded?

Rush Job Service:
Can I pay for a Rush Job?
Yes, A rush request may push your order eta date up to 7 business days for samples and 15 business days for private label orders. Even with purchasing a rush order, this process is based on an estimated turnaround time only.
How much is Rush Job Service?
$250 to $5000, This pricing is a quote only and are based on many factors. Please contact our "Beauty Support" agents to find out which service applies to your request and or order. Pricing is based subject to any time without warning or notice.
Why Is my "Rush Job" service quote different from the posted price on the package?
There are many factors that take place as to why you may receive a different quote when placing a "rush Job" order. The most popular are as fallow...
1. Your requested date of completion is outside of our policy dates of 7 or 15 business days.

Do you provide custom quotes?
Yes, Our products are all custom made to order and so are our quotes providing you are able to provide us with "Proof Of Funds" and or be ready to move forward with your purchase after receiving a custom quote. All quotes void after 72 hours.
How do I track my order?
Please allow between 2-4 Business Days for your tracking number to update once you receive your tracking number by email. If you don't see the email in your inbox try checking your spam folder or add Frostcosmetics@me.com to your safe sender’s list. Our makeup is manufactured in Los Angeles.
Why is my order short and or missing some items?
Some packages may have to ship out in more then one shipping and may arrive at a later date. If this happens, simply email a video and pictures with good lighting of your received order to FrostCosmetics@me.com. Some products take longer to manufacturer and or could be delayed because of tubing, labeling, raw ingredients, etc..
Do Frost products come in Vegan formula?
Yes, simply pick the private label packages that are promoted as Vegan base formulas and or request for vegan based formula with your order. NOTE! Al tho we are masters of our craft. Be mindful, Vegan base formula may change, and or alter the out come of your completed product. Some products can lose the consistency in thickness, color pigment, richness, etc.
Are the Vegan products certified?
Yes, Frost Cosmetics LLC is License with Vegan Awareness Foundation DBA.
Can I get certification documents from Frost when I order vegan "private label" products?
No, Our Vegan license is Non-transferable and may not be sub-licensed to private label or any other buyer. You must apply for your own certification documents under your own name.
Is there a smell to your makeup?
Yes, and No, you may have a flavor oil added or not added by request.
How long does a Private Label/Wholesale order take to process?
All Private Label Packages are estimated at 15 to 45 business days after logo submission/design and color submission/name change, etc... have been submitted. NOT after the date of purchase. All orders after 3 pm will be processed the next following business day. Postal service shipping days do not count as production days. Estimated time (ET) Subjected to change at any time without notice.
I placed my order awhile ago but didn't complete the submission of my colors, logo, label, tube submission, name change, and or etc. Can I do it now?
Because we are custom made to order, we purchase ingredients and supplies per order. Any and all order submissions that are not completed within 30 days after your purchase has been made will be void and no refund will be issued.
Color Service:
Color matching is never 100% guaranteed. We do not clam nor promo at anytime to produce exact color matching to any and all color option chart, products, samples, websites etc...
Does Frost have a Color Chart?
Yes, Frost has over 250 colors in four shades. You can see all the colors by clicking on the Chart Chart pdf file located by clicking "Color Chart" in the navigator bar.
What are those numbers in the color box on the Frost color chart?
The numbers under every color names are "Color codes". This is how we make sure our based color is true to the color code.
My product color does not match the color on the tv/cell phone screen, why?
Frost colors come in up to 4 different shades per color (2 shades lighter, 2 shades darker). No cell phone/ tv setting is set to the same color contrast, this is why we provide the color codes. Some colors and shades may very.
Can I re-name my color names?
Yes, simply email Frostcosmetics@me.com subject (Color Names). The name of the color you pick from the color chart / the name you wish that color to be re-name. (Color name changing only applies to "Full Wrap Labels" only).
Will Frost pick my colors for me?
Its best that you pick the colors that you feel are more popular in your targeted market area. if no colors are submitted, your order can be void with no refund.
Why is the color difference when I swash on my arm?
It's always best to apply lipstick to lips, nail polish to nails, a foundation to face, etc... and let your color come to a complete before matching your product color to the color chart. NOTE: All skin tones are different and may produce many different color outcomes. Vegan product colors may vary.
Why do pink and purple colors have a add-on charge of $10 each?
Pinks and purples are highly requested colors which makes the raw material cost more in bulk from our vendors.
Add-on Color Service:
$99+ to add a extra color to your color collection (Glow in the dark colors apply to lipgloss products only).
I have my colors but seen other colors on social media with the same name, but my color is either lighter or darker. How is this possible?
Frost create 4 shades of the same color. For example, you ordered "Chocolate Brown". Well, there are 4 different ways "Chocolate" can be made from lightest to darkest. All colors are true to colors. Please note that images can be view different because of cell phone/monitors Contrast, Sharpness, Brightening, Darkness settings.
Frost Color Match Service:
You may mail, email a color sample or product that you wish to have us a color match. If your requested color is a product? Please mail us the product packaging with color information attach for best results.
Within 7 business days of receiving your color information and payment, Frost Cosmetics will create up to two matching color shades to your color request. Color will be submitted for your review via Video E-mail unless otherwise negotiated. Upon receipt of your feedback on these color, Frost will make any needed changes to your favorite of the two colors within up to two rounds of revision. Further revisions will incur additional costs at Frost current hourly rates of $75 per hour. Rates may change without notice.
If I do not like the color match samples, can I get a refund?
Although we are masters of our craft, color matching is never 100% guaranteed. Cost factor does apply and there are no refunds for this service.
Labeling Service:
What kind of labels can I get done with my order?
Full wrap around design labeling with your branding (1000 prints), Transpired clear label with your branding (1000 prints), Hot Stamping.
The FDA requires that Cosmetic products should have net weight, the ingredients and manufacturer information on some labels and or boxes. Can i have this apply to my labeling?
Yes, because we are "Private Label", this service is by request only! Fees may apply for this service.
Does Frost provide the bar code on my labels?
No we do not, you would have to apply and purchase your own bar codes.
Does Frost provide the Vegan logo on my labels for vegan products?
No we do not, you would have to apply for your own vegan logo through the vegan society.
Will frost send me a sample of my label design before my order goes to mass production?
Yes, But by request only when placing your order! Our design team and production teams are working long hour shifts to complete order within the eta 15 to 45 business day policy. Sorry, We do not brake the order production chain to apply to a late request.
Does Frost Host parties?
Yes, we do. Contact us with your party attendee(s), venue and party date. Submit a Contact us Request.
Do Frost Cosmetics Do Private Labeling?

Does the Owner and/or Representative(s) of Frost Cosmetics do interviews, show appearances, talk shows, and other media appearances?

Can my package be shipped to me?
Any and all orders are shipped to the postal (Billing) address provided on your invoice.
Can my package be to a different address than my billing information?
Yes, Only by request of the account holder. You must email frostcosmetics@me.com a certified noted request presenting the updated address, sign by the account holder only.
Can I change my address?
Yes, Only if the order has NOT been shipped out. All orders are shipped to the address provided on your order invoice. An address change request must be presented in the form of an email sent to Frostcosmetics@me.com where a confirmation email will be updated and sent to the customer from the order invoice email. This change can be viewed by the customer at any time of the process.
Do you have a retail store or showroom for me to visit?
No, our products are custom made to order and are never shelf. This is how we supply you with quality products with the longest shelf life.
Shipping:
All shipping rates will vary depending on a few different factors, some of which include:
- Domestic vs International shipments
- Total weight of the package
- Selected shipping method
We ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for ANY fees required by customs for any reason. All shipping fees we require will be clearly shown to you alongside the service and estimated transit time upon checkout.

Submitted Logos:
You may submit your logo by clicking the upload button located on our official website in any and all product packages above the “Add to cart” button or email it to Frostcosmetics@me.com subject (Logo Submission).
Frost will NOT make any edits to submitted logos beside placement of your logo to a design temple for labeling setup and or print.
If you are submitting your Logo and have already purchased your product package, Your order production dates will not start until the logo has been submitted and cleared for label setup. Not from the date of payment.
Submitted Logo Format:
The logo must be designed in the format of (.jpg and or png, graphics file formats). 300dpi resolution, Basic (1 color) text on the White or Transparent background. Frost Cosmetics do not make any changes to submitted designs. Frost Cosmetics LLC forwards your design to our labeling department.
Multicolor logos may be accepted but an additional $75 charge may apply per color.
Logo Design Service:
Logo Concepts: Within 7 business days of receiving your company information and payment, Frost Cosmetics, will create up to three different black or white TEXT Design logo concepts for your business. Logo designs will be submitted for your review via E-mail unless otherwise negotiated. Upon receipt of your feedback on these designs, Frost will make any needed changes to your favorite of the three logo designs until you are completely satisfied within up to three rounds of revision. Further revisions will incur additional costs at Frost current hourly rates of $75 per hour. Rates may change without notice.
Logo File Delivery: After the final logo design is approved, the logo design to you as a digital file (.jpg, .pdf, and .png graphics file formats).
Logo Ownership: You, the client, have ownership of the final logo design for use in any media application that is beneficial to your business. Frost retains the right to use the final logo, or any versions of the logo created in the process, within printed and online portfolios, including promotional materials such as newsletters and advertisements. The client also gives Frost permission to use the client’s full name, business address, and/or website address, for testimonial purposes on his/her website, or other business related media. The client understands that it is the client’s responsibility to copyright the logo design (www.copyright.gov) and/or seek trademark (www.uspto.gov/main/trademarks.htm).
Logo Payment: In return for logo design, the client agrees to pay the total fee payable in one payment before any work begins The client understands that the final logo design belongs to Frost. In the event of termination of this Agreement, Frost owns the logo and has the right to complete, exhibit, and/or sell the logo design (not including business name). Furthermore, Frost owns all the logo design concepts created before the final logo design. The client understands that once the final invoice is paid in full, the client has the right to use the logo design in all media useful for business promotion and that Frost reserves the right to display the logo for business promotional use.
Logo Originality: Frost affirms that our logo designs are original and therefore owns the rights granted under this agreement and that the rights granted do not conflict with any other agreement.
Logo Delays: Illness, injury, or other events beyond Frost control, such as fire, theft, computer failure, and Acts of God may result in a delay of unpredictable length.
Logo Performance Liability: Frost does not warrant that the functions supplied by logo design(s), consultation or advice, will be uninterrupted or error-free. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the logo is with the client. In no event will Frost be liable to the client or any third party for any damages, including any lost profits, lost savings or other incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of the reproduction of, or appearance of the logo, even if Frost has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
